A delicious warming tea which helps to give your digestive system a gentle cleanse. A perfect tea for first thing in the morning for its cleansing and energising benefits.
Cleanse and Soothe is also anti-inflammatory, antioxidant rich, supports immunity and also a lovely circulatory stimulant.
Cleanse and Soothe is made from ginger, turmeric, licorice, lemongrass, and cinnamon.

Mother Elixir
A nourishing, restorative and calming tea for new mothers. This tea contains galactagogue herbs designed to encourage milk production and flow.
Mother Elixir also makes a nourishing womb tea.
Mother Elixir is made from fennel seed, fenugreek seed, nettle leaf, lemon balm, lemongrass, lavender flowers and rose petals.
For optimal results, 1 - 3 cups per day is recommended. Please note: only recommended after birth (not during pregnancy)

Indulge in a bespoke organic tea blend that has been formulated by a Naturopath and Herbalist just for you.
Your 60g organic tea blend follows a 15 minute video call* where we discuss the specific areas where you would like support. I will then make up your special tea blend using only premium organic herbs and mail off to you.
Each Tailored Tea blend comes with a written list of the herbs used in your blend.
