This beautiful 2 hour tea offering ‘Awaken Your Senses’ is a fun, interactive and unique experience that allows you to get up close and personal with a wide variety of beautiful organic herbs.

Under the guidance of Naturopath and Herbalist Rebecca Williams, you will learn the therapeutic qualities and various taste notes of an array of organic herbs before being invited to blend together your very own organic tea for you to take home and enjoy.

Following our tea blending we will then come together for a sacred tea ceremony which enable us to slow down, take a breath and experience the beautiful tea we have so lovingly just created.

  • The gentle guidance of Naturopath and Herbalist Rebecca Williams. Rebecca will share her knowledge acquired from over 10 years of clinical experience.

  • All supplies are included. You will also be gifted a beautiful glass jar for your take home tea.

  • All herbs supplied at our workshop are premium quality and certified organic.

  • Delicious, nourishing garnishes will be offered to add to your tea before commencing our tea ceremony.

  • A heart opening meditation series to begin our tea ceremony.
